After you register, our team calls within 48 hours. They'll confirm your city, vehicle and documents, and book your onboarding day.
Onboarding day
You bring your documents; we handle the paperwork. You're issued whatever your market's onboarding provides.
Training rides
Your first shifts pair you with the app's guided flow: how pickups work, how proof of delivery works, how cash is recorded. Ask questions — everyone started here.
Getting paid
Pay lands on the published schedule with a payslip that lists every line. If a number ever looks wrong, the app's support desk is the fastest route to a human.
